Although not ISO “certified,” Western Widgets operates in compliance with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. Your job and material is tracked and traceable as soon as a purchase order number is entered into our E-2 software system. Utilizing this totally integrated software, all job travelers, material and service purchase orders, shippers, and invoices are generated from that original order entry assuring full traceability. Completed job travelers and orders are archived to insure traceability in the event issues or questions arise in the future.
Inspections occur when material is received, and at each machining operation and outside service. A final inspection is conducted after all services and prior to shipping. If required, a First Article Inspection and certifications can be provided with delivery.
